Add an "IRELAND" sticker to the suitcase, please!

For almost a year and a half I have been working at 401 North Michigan Avenue. It is also called the Pioneer Plaza.
Right on Pioneer Plaza is the "God Bless America" by sculptor J. Seward Johnson.
I like it. "Oh, the American Gothic in 3D..." I said to myself when I first saw it. My friend told me that he had read something about the sculpture having a deeper meaning as signified by the suitcase with stickers but I really didn't look it up. So since it was installed, I pass by this sculpture as I go to my secure and comfortable job.
On Monday, October 5, my secure and comfortable job is no more. That morning, we went into a department meeting and found out that our jobs are being outsourced to Ireland. There was shock all around. Nobody can believe what they had just heard.
Being into photography, I occasionally bring my camera to work. That day I just happened to have it with me. So, after the meeting, I told my friend that I want to document this day.
So anyway, we walked around the plaza and I took my photos. As I was taking photos of the God Bless America sculpture, I asked my friend again if he remembered what the suitcase meant.
He said, "Outsourcing".
Perfect.
